Drug Stamps
During a police operation to dismantle a drug cartel, narcotics officers secretly infiltrate the organization to launch an anti-drug campaign. After the first-generation drug lord dies in a gunfight with police, a second-generation drug lord, known as "Dean" (Eric Tsang), quietly rises to power. Desperate to gain ground, Dean sets his sights on a third-generation drug. He then sends one of his underlings (Chen Long) undercover to infiltrate the drug-making genius, Brother Hua (Ray Lui). When Brother Hua, hailed as a genius narcotics master, creates an incredibly potent super-drug, the battle between the two drug cartels officially begins. A three-way clash between good and evil—police, drug lords, and gangsters—will ignite a unique anti-drug war!
